Here is a template you can use to map services in your community for women with substance use and related health concerns throughout the childbearing years.

You can use this directory as a handout to women, share it with colleagues as a networking tool in workshops or trainings, post it in your office for an easy reference or store it online for easy updating.

Easy to Use

Click to download the easy-to-use MS word file below. Simply enter your community services in the categories provided. If you need more space, right click to insert a row under each category. Add or delete categories outlined as they apply to your community.

Each service has been divided into two sections: Local and Provincial Services. Some provincial resources are already included for your convenience. You can add to them by simply inserting more rows under the appropriate headings.
